In the scorching Middle East, where high temperatures persist, users rely heavily on air conditioning to maintain indoor comfort. However, the harsh, cold direct airflow of traditional AC units can dry out skin, cause physical discomfort, and even disrupt sleep. Therefore, users crave a cooling solution that is both refreshing and comfortable.

 

Recently, TCL launched the brand‑new BreezeIN air conditioner in the Middle East. Featuring intelligent soft‑air technology, it uses a soft‑air system composed of openable soft‑air blades and micro‑apertures to break up the turbulent, high‑velocity hard airflow of traditional AC units, transforming it into a low‑speed, stable laminar soft breeze. This delivers a cool yet naturally gentle wind experience for users.

This time, we started from the unique soft‑air blade structure of the BreezeIN AC and amplified this functional point creatively. Through dramatic storytelling, we contrasted the pain points of other AC units without a soft‑air mode – such as harsh direct airflow that dries and stings the skin like coarse paper, or icy cold that feels like wind‑driven snowflakes. After activating TCL's soft‑air mode, the stark contrast highlights how the TCL BreezeIN delivers ultimate gentle comfort, making the skin feel as if it's being softly caressed by silk, feathers, cotton, and other soft materials...

Besides Being Cool and Gentle, There's Also the More Eco‑friendly Inverter AC

This project also featured a best‑selling Inverter AC. We needed to convey not only the technical advantage of ""inverter saves energy"", but also truly resonate with Middle Eastern consumers. The challenge was that the Middle East region has a strong overall economy, high GDP per capita, and relatively mature consumer attitudes. Directly communicating savings from inverter technology would struggle to strike an emotional chord with them.

After discussion and refinement with the client, we found that the environmental angle was our creative consensus for engaging users, bringing a new height to the inverter AC communication ↓
