Part 3: You are an Influencer whose personal information are utilized in Fancy&Fichey's products
1. Our Services and Your Role
(1) As we assist our corporate clients with their overseas business development, for certain of our product offerings, we will obtain your publicly available data as a social media influencer via the official API interfaces of certain social media platforms. This is to help you connect with our corporate clients and boost your income opportunities.
(2) In such scenarios, you shall be deemed an Influencer whose personal information is utilized in Fancy&Fichey's products.
2. Collection of your personal data
When you act as an Influencer, we will obtain your public information via official cooperation channels and official API interfaces of certain social media platforms. The collected data includes your profile picture, nickname, contact information, affiliated platform, location, category, affiliated MCN agency, number of followers, number of videos, video views, gender, language, published video content, and content performance data. We will also collect public data related to your followers, including their age, gender, and the content of videos posted by them.
3. Use of your personal data
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
(1) To analyze your sales performance and follower profile, establish an influencer database and display relevant information to advertisers. This enables our clients to use the tool to search, review and select influencers that meet their marketing and promotion requirements to facilitate potential collaborations with you.
(2) For the personal information we receive from certain social media platforms, we will adhere to the API Services User Data Policies these social media platforms, including their respective Limited Use requirements.
4. Legal basis for the processing of your personal data
In essence, we only process the information that you have actively shared via your public accounts on certain social media platforms. We process your personal data and ensure that such processing activities comply with the requirements of Applicable Law, specifically adhering to the principle of"lawfulness, fairness and transparency" (Article 5(1)(a) of the GDPR).
(1) The legal basis for this data processing activity is legitimate interest. For the purpose of facilitating potential collaborations, we utilize the relevant data publicly shared by influencers via social media platforms. This practice enables our clients
to select influencers in accordance with their own business needs, helps boost the potential earnings of influencers, and does not impair the fundamental rights and freedoms of influencers.
(2) Notification about the processing of Influencer’s personal data occurs through our website and through the provisions of this Policy.
(3) DISCLAIMER: However, due to the processing of a huge amount of data, we are incapable of informing each Influencers rather than by means of this Privacy Policy. In accordance with Recital 62 and Article 14(5)(b), We are allowed to, because, due to a great number of Influencers, the provision of such information proves impossible or would involve a disproportionate effort. Nevertheless, we commit to take appropriate measures to protect the data subject's rights and freedoms and legitimate interests.
5. Share of your personal data

(1) Sharing with Clients of Our Services: We provide fee-based statistical services related to influencer and audience data, and enable clients to search, review and select influencers that meet their marketing and promotion needs. Part 4: You are an end user (or consumer) reached by Fancy&Fichey’s performance ads for Publishers or Advertisers
1. Our Services and Your Role
(1) As a performance-based advertising service provider, Fancy&Fichey provides services to Publishers (media platforms) and Advertisers. We act as a data processor (not a data controller) and process your data as an end user, following the Advertiser’s instructions.
(2) We neither need nor can access your identity information. We only collect certain of your behavioral data, and the core purpose of processing such data is to link media platforms' marketing efforts to specific transactions, so advertisers can pay media platforms on a per-transaction basis.
(3) In such scenarios, you shall be deemed an end user (or consumer) reached by Fancy&Fichey’s performance ads for Publishers or Advertisers.
2. Data Processed Under Entrustment
The personal data we process is entrusted by Advertisers, and we strictly collect and process it in accordance with the Advertiser’s authorized scope and purpose. The specific data categories and collection methods are as follows:
User Behavioral Data: IP address, geographic location parsed from the IP address at the time of click, device ID, and mobile phone brand. Such data is only used to track ad effect and attribute transactions, without involving the identification of your personal identity.
3. Data Security Measures

Upon receiving your request, we will promptly notify the relevant Advertiser and provide necessary assistance (such as providing relevant data processing records) to support the Advertiser in responding to your request in a timely manner.
Part 5: You are an individual whose personal information is included in advertising materials
1. Our Services and Your Role
(1) As an advertising service provider, Fancy&Fichey provides advertising delivery services to our clients (Advertisers). We act as a data processor and process your personal information contained in the advertising materials provided by Advertisers strictly in accordance with the relevant agreement provisions.
(2) The Advertiser is the data controller of your personal information included in the advertising materials and bears full responsibility for the legality of the source of your personal information and the compliance of all processing activities.
(3) When assisting Advertisers with advertising delivery, we do not exclude the possibility that their advertising materials may contain your personal information (including but not limited to your portrait, name and other personally identifiable information). We only process such information within the scope necessary for completing the advertising delivery service, and do not independently collect additional personal information about you beyond the content of the advertising materials provided by the Advertiser.
2. Data Processed Under Entrustment
The personal information we process is the personally identifiable information contained in the advertising materials provided by the Advertiser, including but not limited to your portrait and name. We will not expand the scope of data processing beyond the Advertiser’s authorized content and the purpose of the advertising delivery service.
